I’m Val Barthelemy, and I compete for Belgium on the World Triathlon circuit, in both the individual and mixed team relay events, as well as the Super League Triathlon circuit. I’m passionate about inspiring women and girls, to get outdoors, and to dream big. 

I’ve started competing professionally in 2015, and in 2021 achieved my lifelong dream of competing in the Olympic Games in Tokyo, where I placed 10th in the individual and 5th in the relay.

With the Paris 2024 Games on the horizon, I’m more motivated than ever to keep achieving, and keep inspiring!
